The Training Process

Accelerating Performance begins with team diagnostics via executive coaching:

·    Understand issues and problems that need to be solved

·     Select participants for the training

·     Establish objectives - what needs to be accomplished - for the training

·    Training takes place over one to two days in an off-site location

·     Follow-up and de-brief post training via coaching
