About Vistage (formerly known as TEC)

Vistage is the world's largest CEO membership organization. Our members are CEOs, Presidents, and owners of small to mid sized businesses. Members meet in monthly small roundtable groups (12 to 16 members) for the purpose of learning, growth as chief executives, and for the purpose of tapping into the power of peer support.

Vistage works! Vistage member companies grow, on average, 2.5 times faster than they did before joining. Member companies outperform the competition: A nationwide survey by ARC Analytics shows that Vistage-member companies achieve moderate to high growth at a rate five times greater than the average for small to medium-sized businesses in the U.S.

Membership in a Vistage group happens through a selection process facilitated by a local Vistage Chair. You must be right for Vistage and Vistage must be a fit for you. Nina Atwood was one of the first professionals selected to facilitate Vistage groups in Dallas, TX. She is an experienced and seasoned executive coach who has worked with business leaders in a practice spanning 18 years. Nina will guide your exploration of the benefits of group membership. If you are not in Dallas, she will refer you to an experienced Chair in your city.
